What is Embodying Awareness?
Embodying Awareness, is a gentle yet profound form of meditation and inquiry practice. By bringing our awareness deeply into our bodies and away from the busy mind, we can begin to connect to the still silence, enabling us to see more clearly what is going on with us, in a much deeper way. We can start to really see and meet, all that which is painful within us, be it physical, emotional or mental and at the same time, reclaim a stronger connection to our bodies, to our instinct and intuition. When we can meet our inner struggles with peace, kindness, curiosity and a few simple tools, these disturbances have the opportunity to relax, unwind and release from the body, bringing an increased sense of health, wellbeing and flow to life.
