I feel so lucky to have Amy to guide me through these weekly Embodying Awareness sessions. They are extremely peaceful, intuitive and honouring of what is. Wherever your head is at, the session meets you where you are and guides you to focus on what energies are coming up in your body, in order to release them and awaken a little more each time.
Due to her years of experience, Amy's sessions have a very safe and accepting vibe. You can sense Amy has done the work herself and is a solid and radiant example of the inner peace that is possible. As Amy guides you through the session, she often comes out with extremely relevant, intuitive guidance for the moment, which is often exactly what my mind needs to hear in order to surrender, align or feel heard.
I've also been applying the healing process we're learning in my life, which has been an enlightening tool. To top it off, the zoom sessions are so comfortable, as you're in the safety of your home and can thoroughly let go and surrender to the experience. I feel so blessed to have my own healing guide at the end of a zoom call each week :)

This course was the first of its kind for me. From the first session, it was so enjoyable, informative and helpful, that I have signed up for another. Amy’s style is loving and giving. She is naturally humble and driven by a need to share the good news that we really can take care of ourselves and never need feel completely alone. She teaches us how we can each do this for ourselves and that it is achievable and it works. As we settled into the course, she guided us through meditation practice, how to read ourselves through our bodies, and how to deal with the emotions which cause us to get stuck. As we students gradually felt confidence to share, this enabled specific individual help to be offered. Amy always ended (often going over the finish time) with an offer of ‘being there’, between sessions, to answer queries arising from the previous session. This beautiful woman is utterly sincere and has a powerful message to give.
